A clear yellow coloured liquid with a distinctive characteristic of Hickory Smoke flavour. Specific Gravity at 25 C: 0.912 – 0.919

APPLICATION
Hickory Smoke flavour 6042-OS is an oil soluble flavour which can be applied in pork, beef and other poultry products. This flavour not only highlights the individual meat taste and also enhances the overall product flavour.
It created a significant effect on escalating the flavor and taste of various applications. It is commonly used in sausages, meat pies, seasoning mixtures, sauces and marinates,
Generally, the recommended starting dosage for all the above-mentioned applications is at 0.1% w/w.

DESCRIPTION
A pale straw coloured viscous pourable liquid flavour with sweet fruity aroma similar to Alfonso variety. Specific Gravity at 25 C: 1.026 – 1.034

APPLICATION
Mango flavour 2001AL is a pourable at room temperature around 25C and above. It has a distinctive fruity flavour which comparable to Alfonso mangoes from India. The following is the recommended application for this flavour:

Ice-Cream : 0.2% to 0.25% w/w of ice-cream mix
Custard Pudding : 0.15% to 0.2% w/w of base
Wafer Biscuits : 0.2% to 0.3% w/w of dough weight
Ice Sorbet : 0.10 to 0.15% w/w of freezing syrup
Cream Filling : 0.15% w/w of fat base

Vanilla Powder Flavour 2015

DESCRIPTION
A pale light cream coloured powder with strong vanilla creamy aroma together with slight pleasant aromatic sweet note. Bulk Density at 25 C: 0.643 – 0.651

APPLICATION
This product can be used in flavouring powder mixtures and baking applications. It is heat stable at high temperature and is designed to give a creamy vanilla taste with a tinge of sweet note in your end products. It is highly recommended for applications, which required this flavour profile.

The recommended application is as follows:
Ice-Cream : 0.15% to 0.25% w/w of ice cream mix
Cup Cakes/ Muffins : 0.2% to 0.25% w/w of batter weight

APPLICATION

Vegetarian Beef Broth Flavour 8826-WS

DESCRIPTION
A dark brown colour viscous liquid with a distinctive beefy meaty aroma of boiled beef stock with a spiciness like that of curry leaf but its taste on dilution is quite meaty. Specific gravity at 25 C : 1.107 – 1.112

APPLICATION
This beefy meaty flavour is completely water soluble so it is ideal for many end products which required a booster of beef aroma and taste.

Soups/ sauces : 0.10% w/w in final soup or sauce, e.g. for instant noodle cup with final soup 500 ml. Therefore, the flavour 8826 is 0.5% w/w or 0.5g.
Vegetarian foods : 0.1 – 0.2% w/w in mock meat rolls or meat balls.
Meat pies : 0.1 – 0.15% of base.
Sausages and canned meat luncheon : 0.1 – 0.2% w/w.

COMPOSITION
This flavour is compounded from soy sauce, nature-identical aroma chemicals which are FEMA GRAS with flavour enhancers, MSG and Ribotide.
